relaxing spa escape
extensive selection amazing presentation excellent quality
the breakfast was excellent. i observed an extensive selection with options tailored to individual preferences. presentation was amazing! the gym provided everything needed and more. i found it better equipped than many standard gyms. the main pool, saunas, and sun beds were all in excellent condition
the location is on the edge of a retail park. the lights from the car park opposite filter into the room at night. this was a slight disturbance to the otherwise nothing noisy

out of order lift missing fridge
the staff was helpful and the spa opened early with no time restrictions for hotel guests. (that was really convenient)
The lift was out of order, and i had to carry my bags downstairs. the fridge was missing from the room. This was quite inconvenient. dinner service was slow, and when the food finally arrived, it was too salty to eat.
