the breakfast was excellent. i observed an extensive selection with options tailored to individual preferences. presentation was amazing! the gym provided everything needed and more. i found it better equipped than many standard gyms. the main pool, saunas, and sun beds were all in excellent condition
the location is on the edge of a retail park. the lights from the car park opposite filter into the room at night. this was a slight disturbance to the otherwise super calm place

ilona completed my half hour back massage at the spa and i found her knowledgeable. the facilities were great and staff were always really helpful. the food was great and the selection of mocktails was good too.
during my last visit, the treatment room where i had my massage was cold and there was no heat for my legs or feet. the masseuse put a towel over my feet. i couldn't wait for it to be over so i could warm up.

the staff was helpful and the spa opened early with no time restrictions for hotel guests. (that was really convenient)
The lift was out of order, and i had to carry my bags downstairs. the fridge was missing from the room. This was quite inconvenient. dinner service was slow, and when the food finally arrived, it was too salty to eat.

I found the staff friendly and helpful (they were really good!). breakfast was great with many choices available. the spa area had a relaxing atmosphere and the staff were attentive. I especially liked the indian head massage by emily.
the lift was not working , a bit inconvenient.

the staff was so friendly and helpful! breakfast was very good too. nothing ever felt too much to ask for, and i really loved the clean room. the breakfast have a lot of choice.
the bed in my room feel hard and quite uncomfortable to sleep in. also, the furniture looked a bit tired when i checked in. i have expected a view but had not realised it's on a retail park and we overlooked aldi car park
