My experience at the spa hotel was quite a mix. While the treatments and pool area were a real highlight, the overall service let things down, especially in the restaurant where we faced long waits and order mix-ups. The location felt somewhat odd, being situated in a less-than-appealing industrial estate, but inside, it was pleasantly surprising. The temperature of the pool was also inconsistent during my visit.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel, which is a great choice for a spa retreat. The rooms were pleasant, well-sized, and I appreciated the option for a pillow menu. The spa facilities, especially the indoor-outdoor pool, were enjoyable and added a nice touch to the overall experience. However, the breakfast service could use improvement since the quality varied during my stay, and the initial check-in experience left me wanting a bit more warmth and clarity.

I was really looking forward to my stay, especially after my last wonderful experience, but this time I felt let down by the dining options which didn’t live up to expectations. While the spa treatments and staff were outstanding, the issues with the dining, particularly the food temperature and service delays, left a sour note. Overall, the hotel has much potential but needs to address these dining concerns for a truly exceptional stay.
